How delivery works
We do not hold finished pieces in stock. Each item is crafted to your specifications once your order is confirmed. From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your home, we stay in close touch over WhatsApp or email.
After you place an order, our team reviews your selection and reaches out on WhatsApp or email to confirm specifications and finalise the production timeline.
Every East Crafts piece is crafted to order in our workshop. Production begins once the design and deposit are confirmed.
When your piece is ready, we share the dispatch update and coordinate a delivery slot that suits you.
For kitchens, wardrobes and large furniture, our team handles on-site assembly and final placement.
Production & lead times
Because every piece is made by hand, lead times depend on the product you choose, the finishes and materials selected, and our current production schedule. Smaller furniture items typically take a few weeks, while larger projects such as full kitchens and wardrobes take longer.
Once we receive your order, our team confirms a personalised production timeline in writing before work begins, so you always know exactly what to expect.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan and arrange international shipments on request. Coverage is arranged through our own team within Lahore and via trusted logistics partners elsewhere.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are not displayed on the website because they depend on the size and weight of your finished piece, the destination, and any installation requirements. To keep things simple and accurate, charges are agreed directly with you over WhatsApp or email before dispatch.
- Charges are calculated case by case based on the finished piece, destination and any installation work.
- We share a clear delivery quote with you over WhatsApp or email and confirm it in writing before dispatch.
- Installation and on-site assembly for kitchens, wardrobes and large furniture may be charged separately.
- We do not offer free delivery — every quote covers the actual cost of safely getting your piece to you.
Receiving your order
- Please ensure that an authorised adult is available at the delivery address on the scheduled day.
- Inspect packaging on arrival; any visible damage should be noted with the delivery team and reported to us within 48 hours.
- For large items, please confirm that doorways, lifts and stairwells provide safe access before the dispatch date.
- Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Need to change a delivery?
Plans change, and we understand. To reschedule a delivery, update your address, or pause an order, please contact our team as soon as possible. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional charges.
