We accept direct bank transfers and cash. We do not currently accept card payments. Our bank account details are shown at checkout when you choose Bank Transfer.
After you place an order, our team confirms the specifications, production timeline, and delivery quote with you in writing. Pay by bank transfer using the account details shown at checkout and send us the receipt with your order number; once your transfer is received we begin production. For in-person orders, cash payment can be arranged with our team.
All prices on the site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Any extra delivery or installation charges are shared with you in writing before you confirm the order.
Every East Crafts piece is made to order, so we typically take a deposit to confirm the order and start production, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.

Cash on delivery may be available within Lahore for the balance due on dispatch, subject to order value and our team's confirmation. Please discuss this with us when finalising your order.
An order confirmation is emailed to you automatically after every successful order. A formal invoice is shared upon dispatch. If you need a copy at any time, contact our support team and we will resend it.
Where a refund is due — for example, when an order is cancelled before production has started, or where an item is defective or differs materially from the agreed specification — it is returned via bank transfer to the same account the original payment was sent from.
Refunds are typically completed within 3 – 7 working days, depending on your bank. We share the transfer confirmation with you over WhatsApp or email.
Yes. For made-to-order pieces we typically split payment into a deposit (to confirm the order and start production) and a balance due before dispatch. For larger projects, our team can structure milestone-based payments. Please get in touch and we will set this up with you.
If you have made a transfer but are unsure whether it has been received, share the transaction reference or a screenshot with our team over WhatsApp or email. We will confirm receipt with you and help reconcile any difference if needed.
