Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using eastcrafts.pk (the “Site”) or by placing an order with East Crafts, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

East Crafts is a Pakistan-based studio specialising in handcrafted furniture, bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and high-end interior solutions. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to East Crafts.

• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
• We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, for any user found violating these terms.
• Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised commercial use of any content on the Site is prohibited.

• All products are handcrafted; minor variations in colour, grain, and finish are part of the artisanal nature of our work and are not considered defects.
• Dimensions, finishes, and materials are described as accurately as possible. Custom orders are confirmed in writing before production begins.
• Custom and made-to-order pieces require a deposit, which is generally non-refundable once production has started.
• Lead times for custom work are shared at the design stage and are estimates that may be affected by material availability.

• All prices on the Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed in writing at the time of order.
• We accept direct bank transfers and cash. We do not currently accept card payments. Bank details are shared with you over WhatsApp or email once your order is confirmed.
• Made-to-order pieces typically follow a deposit + balance-on-dispatch schedule. Larger projects may follow milestone-based payment terms agreed in writing.
• Orders are confirmed and production begins only after the agreed deposit (or full payment) has been received.

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage areas are described in our Delivery Details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery address and that doorways, lifts and stairwells permit the safe entry of large items.

• All East Crafts pieces are made to order. Items are therefore non-returnable, except where the item is defective or differs materially from the agreed specification.
• In such cases, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
• Each piece is covered by a manufacturing warranty against material and craftsmanship defects under normal household use. The warranty period varies by product and is shared at the time of purchase.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, or unauthorised modifications is not covered by the warranty.

All designs, drawings, photographs, written content, logos, and brand assets on the Site are owned by East Crafts or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, East Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
